This is a disgrace. If the person’s emotional reaction is _that_ uncomfortable, and you didn’t notice you were killing his spirit, you have no business cutting hair anywhere except in the army. Total failure. You owe the kid whatever your normal fee is x as many days as it takes his hair to grow back to the point it was at before you butchered it. Then, you owe him a haircut or style, at a _competent_ barber, and maybe $1,000 /week as punitive / deterrence charges for as many weeks it took to regrow that hair. License to cut hair or operate a business revoked for five years and reapplication thereafter denied pending proof that you’ve learned anything from this. You’re free to appeal, but if I have to go through it again, the fines will only increase, so will the length of the license suspension. So, might as well sign up for welding classes if you’re gonna appeal, coz you’ll certainly have all the time in the world to take up a profession you might possibly be competent at. 🧑🏻‍⚖️ Was it worth it? 🤷🏻 I dunno, I don’t care.
